Our mission is to deliver outstanding care through a team of professionals who are not only experts in their field but also deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the children and young people we support. Nichola holds a Post Graduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSc Hons), and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, along with several other qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Safeguarding Level 5, and more. With extensive experience in operations management and previous roles as a Registered Manager, Nichola has a varied background. her expertise includes behavior support, data analysis, and leading major incidents. Nichola joined the Bright Futures Homes team in 2024 to support the development of new provisions and has been instrumental in setting up homes and progressing them through Ofsted inspections.
“I am Nichola. I am the Responsible Individual for Joan Young Lodge and Mary Francis Lodge. My role is to make sure that everyone who works at Bright Futures Homes is caring for you in the best way possible. I am here to help you, listen, give advice and make sure you get amazing opportunities.
I love animals and have a dog who loves to come to work with me, his name is Roscoe and he is a Goldendoodle.

Danni holds a Level 4 Diploma in Administration Management, Certificate of School Business Management, as well as Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration and IOSH Managing Safely.
“My name is Danni, and I proudly serve as the Administration Manager, part of the Bright Futures Homes team. I joined the team in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in administration and finance.
In my role, I work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure that the home runs efficiently and effectively, creating a supportive environment for both staff and visitors.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, indulging in a good book, and baking sweet treats. Staying active is also important to me, and I enjoy taking my large (and very hairy!) German Shepherd dog, Fred, on long walks through the countryside and along the beach, though Fred’s behaviour can be a little unpredictable!
You can usually find me at the home Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, although I do occasionally work from home. If you ever need assistance or have any questions, I’m always happy to help!“
Jordan is an experienced Deputy Manager with a Level 4 qualification in Children, Young People and Families Practice. Since 2020, Jordan has worked in residential childcare, progressing from Residential Worker to Assistant Manager over the last two and a half years. His calm, approachable nature makes him a trusted presence in the home.
“I will mostly be in the home Monday to Friday, 9 – 5, so if you have any questions please feel free to come and chat.”
In his free time, Jordan enjoys hiking, watching movies, and playing games. Whether supporting the team or working directly with young people, Jordan is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment.
Tracey is an accomplished Service Manager with a strong foundation in both residential childcare and alternative education. She holds a range of qualifications including an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, CertEd in Health & Social Care, Level 4 in Advice and Guidance, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Tracey has over four years of experience in children’s residential care, progressing through roles such as Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, and Interim Manager. She previously led alternative education programmes for over a decade and managed a residential home for the elderly. Her varied background equips her with a therapeutic and compassionate approach that focuses on nurturing, safety, consistency, and helping children build resilience and independence.
“Hi, my name is Tracey, and I am really pleased to be joining your home as the Registered Manager… I believe that every young person deserves to feel safe, listened to, and supported to achieve their goals… I am here to work alongside you and the staff team, to make sure your voices are always heard and that we create an environment where you can thrive.”
Outside of work, Tracey is passionate about horse riding, swimming, cinema trips, and exploring places of interest. She once represented England in endurance riding and brings that same resilience to her professional life. She’s creative and adventurous—she’s even tried fire-eating—and is currently writing a novel, reflecting her long-term dedication, imagination, and love for growth—both personal and professional.
Carl is an experienced and passionate Manager with over 30 years in residential care and education, including work in secure children’s homes. He holds a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Children’s Services, along with NVQ Level 4 qualifications in both Children’s Residential Care and Management.
Carl has dedicated his career to supporting young people, and his commitment is just as strong today as it was when he began. He brings a steady, supportive presence and a wealth of knowledge to his leadership, always focused on creating safe and engaging environments where children can grow and feel valued.
“I have worked directly with young people for a number of years, and I have the same passion today as I had when I started. I enjoy learning new things every day, travelling around the world, and surfing.”
In his free time, Carl enjoys travelling, walking his dogs, and being in and around the sea. A fun fact? He rides an electric unicycle! He’s also an avid surfer, bringing adventure and balance into everything he does—both in and out of work.
Samuel is an experienced and committed Deputy Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services. He has previously worked as an Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Officer, where he focused on safeguarding, supporting independence, and promoting positive development for children and young people.
“I am a sociable and caring individual with a long-standing passion for supporting and empowering young people. Throughout my experience as a carer, I have been committed to helping youth overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships and creating a positive, supportive environment where young people feel valued, heard, and encouraged to grow.”
Samuel brings warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips with his family, where shared snacks, off-key singing, and spontaneous stops turn into cherished memories. He also spends his free time playing PlayStation, listening to music, and working on cars—a passion that combines curiosity and creativity.
A fun fact? Samuel can bend his thumb in an unusual way—a quirky little trick that always gets a reaction!
Vicki is an experienced Deputy with an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and a background that brings together frontline safeguarding and nurturing care. She worked as a police officer for 17 years, including time in child protection, before moving into residential care. Vicki has since gained 7 years of experience in children’s homes, as well as work supporting people experiencing homelessness.
“Hi, I’m Vicki. I work mainly 9–5, but I can always be contacted if you need me. Think of me as your personal cheerleader—I’m here so you can be the best version of yourself.”
Vicki is caring, dependable, and deeply committed to supporting young people in achieving their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new places, and listening to music. A fun fact: although she’s confident in her role, people are often surprised to learn she can be shy! She also has a creative side—she can throw a pot using a potter’s wheel.
Samantha is a dedicated Senior Registered Manager with extensive experience in residential childcare. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Her career journey has seen her progress from Residential Support Worker to Senior, Trainee Manager, and finally Registered Manager, giving her a deep understanding of the sector and the needs of young people.

Outside of work, Samantha thrives on adventure and enjoys pushing her limits. She loves traveling, reading, and experiencing new things, as well as attending car shows and watching races. A fun fact about her—she used to be really good at Scottish dancing, though she hasn’t practiced in years!
Diana Dumitru is one of the Founding Directors at Bright Future Homes, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commitment to providing exceptional care for vulnerable children and adults. With a wealth of experience in this field, Diana is deeply passionate about delivering personalized services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Her dedication extends beyond administrative duties; she regularly visits the home to connect with staff and residents, ensuring that the compassionate vision of Bright Future Homes is upheld in every aspect of the service.
Diana’s leadership is marked by her hands-on approach and her belief in fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. While she has always enjoyed seeking out new experiences and traveling, Diana now finds joy in spending precious moments with her newborn baby boy, balancing her professional responsibilities with the rewarding journey of motherhood.
Tudor is an integral part of our leadership team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. With a focus on staff development and operational efficiency, Tudor ensures that the home runs smoothly and that our staff are well-supported in their roles.
“I am Tudor the Director of Bright Futures Homes alongside my sister, Diana and Mum, Gabriela. We have all worked in care roles supporting children and adults who are vulnerable and at risk, before we started our own transport company specialising in working with people who have mental health needs.

Training and Development
At Bright Futures Homes, we emphasise continuous professional development for our team. All substantive staff hold a minimum qualification of a Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma or are in the process of undertaking it. We provide a yearly training program and facilitate additional training as requested by staff. Our induction program runs over a six-month probationary period to ensure new staff are well-prepared for their roles.
