I am Tudor I am the Director of Bright Futures Homes alongside my sister, Diana and Mum, Gabriela. We have all worked in care roles supporting children and adults who are vulnerable and at risk, before we started our own transport company specialising in working with people who have mental health needs.

Nichola holds a Post Graduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSc Hons), and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, along with several other qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Safeguarding Level 5, and more. With extensive experience in operations management and previous roles as a Registered Manager, Nichola has a varied background. her expertise includes behavior support, data analysis, and leading major incidents. Nichola joined the Bright Futures Homes team in 2024 to support the development of new provisions and has been instrumental in setting up homes and progressing them through Ofsted inspections.
“I am Nichola. I am the Responsible Individual for Joan Young Lodge and Mary Francis Lodge. My role is to make sure that everyone who works at Bright Futures Homes is caring for you in the best way possible. I am here to help you, listen, give advice and make sure you get amazing opportunities.
I love animals and have a dog who loves to come to work with me, his name is Roscoe and he is a Goldendoodle.

Danni holds a Level 4 Diploma in Administration Management, Certificate of School Business Management, as well as Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration and IOSH Managing Safely.
“My name is Danni, and I proudly serve as the Administration Manager, part of the Bright Futures Homes team. I joined the team in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in administration and finance.
In my role, I work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure that the home runs efficiently and effectively, creating a supportive environment for both staff and visitors.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, indulging in a good book, and baking sweet treats. Staying active is also important to me, and I enjoy taking my large (and very hairy!) German Shepherd dog, Fred, on long walks through the countryside and along the beach, though Fred’s behaviour can be a little unpredictable!
You can usually find me at the home Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, although I do occasionally work from home. If you ever need assistance or have any questions, I’m always happy to help!“
Karen holds a BA (HONS) in Psychosocial studies and a Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management. Prior to this Karen completed her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People). Karen has worked in the health & social care industry for the last 14 years in varying settings and has previously managed a home.
Karen will be the deputy manager at Mary Francis Lodge and joined Bright Futures Homes in October 2024 where alongside the rest of the management team it will be her job to help oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the team to provide high-quality care to young people.
“If you ever have any concerns or questions, I will always do my best to resolve and answer these for you. If I can’t help you, I will find someone who can.”
Jenny is a registered Paediatric Nurse, holding a BSc Hons Degree in Nursing and a Post Graduate Specialist Community Public Health Degree, with over 10 years of acute and community nursing experience. Jenny specialised in Safeguarding within Child and Adolescent Mental Health inpatient units along with being a Specialist Safeguarding Nurse supporting front line practitioners within the 0-19 community services. Jenny has also had experience as a MET (Missing, Exploited and Trafficked) Nurse, where she supported young people, and their parents/carers, who were a high and medium risk of exploitation. This equips her with a good knowledge base and skill set of being able to support and communicate with the most vulnerable children and young people.
Jenny has extensive supervision skills and as the Deputy Manager at Joan Young Lodge she is very keen, alongside the rest of our management team, to support our staff to provide high quality care for our young people.
“I am very approachable and happy to share skills and knowledge, no question is a silly question, I will always do my best to answer or reassure any concerns you may have”.
“I enjoy spending time with my family, were we play games, talk, laugh and generally have fun. Although I am not particularly sporty, I enjoy going for walks and swimming”

Daniel is a highly experienced Senior Support Worker with over 30 years of dedication to care roles. He holds BTEC First Diplomas in Care and Business & Finance and is passionate about helping people achieve their best.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys following his favorite football team, West Ham, traveling across the country to watch matches. He also loves watching films and TV box sets. A fun fact: Daniel has been an extra in films and numerous TV programs. He’s also uniquely skilled—he can touch his nose with his tongue!

Chloe is an experienced Senior Support Worker, holding qualifications in Health and Social Care and First Aid. She has spent several years providing compassionate care, drawing on her expertise to support young people effectively. Chloe is known for her calm demeanor and commitment to creating a positive environment.
“Hi my name is Chloe, I will be one of your seniors! I am a fun, outgoing person who enjoys most activities! I am a massive animal lover, and I enjoy being out and visiting places!”
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an animal lover at heart. She even knows some Makaton, which she uses to connect with others in unique ways.
Teresa is a highly experienced Residential Care Worker with an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People. She has worked with children and young people for over 18 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her role.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys walking her two dogs, swimming, and watching her favorite soaps. A fun fact: Teresa loves football and enjoys attending live matches at the stadium. Guess which team she supports!
Katie has over three years of experience in residential care and is skilled in supporting young people dealing with self-harm. Her empathetic approach and dedication to their well-being make her a valued member of the team.

In her free time, Katie loves traveling and has a fun side—she can even do a cartwheel!
Harvey is a skilled Residential Care Assistant with a Level 3 Extended Diploma and Certificate in Health and Social Care. He has experience caring for elderly individuals with high physical and emotional needs, as well as those with dementia.
“Hi! I’m Harvey. I’ve worked with elderly people for just around a year and am looking forward to this next step working with young people like yourself. My main goal is to make you feel comfortable, safe and happy while helping with day-to-day stuff to keep the home running. To tell you a little bit about myself I’m big into video games especially Nintendo stuff but also quite enjoy going out to the cinema. When I can I also like to walk my dog, I’m sure he’d be happy to visit the home at some point too. Please remember that if there is absolutely anything I can support you with feel free to ask, I am here to help and really looking forward to meeting you 🙂
Paul is a dedicated Residential Support Worker with qualifications in COSHH, Equality and Diversity, Fire Awareness, Infection Prevention, and Manual Handling. He is self-motivated and hardworking, with a history of managing and motivating teams to reach their potential.

Paul enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and cooking. A fun fact: he loves cleaning and is especially fond of hoovering and mopping. Growing up around music, Paul has a deep knowledge of various genres and enjoys singing (even if only for himself).
Nikki brings valuable experience as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, specializing in providing support and care for young people. Her warmth and enthusiasm help create a safe and welcoming environment.

Nikki adores music (especially Adele), loves coffee, and enjoys going to gigs and shows with friends. A natural entertainer, she’s also an excellent bingo caller.
Charles is a resourceful and goal-oriented Night Support Worker with extensive experience in team leadership. His hands-on approach ensures that the young people he supports feel secure and valued.
When not working, Charles enjoys watching movies and using his creative skills to solve problems and connect with others.
Training and Development
At Bright Futures Homes, we emphasise continuous professional development for our team. All substantive staff hold a minimum qualification of a Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma or are in the process of undertaking it. We provide a yearly training program and facilitate additional training as requested by staff. Our induction program runs over a six-month probationary period to ensure new staff are well-prepared for their roles.
