Nichola Brown
Responsible Individual
Nichola brings extensive experience in child and adolescent care, holding a Post Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. With a rich background in managing residential homes and supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, Nichola is dedicated to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive environment at Bright Futures Homes.
Jordan Stebbings
Deputy Manager
Jordan brings several years of experience in residential childcare, having worked his way from Residential Worker to Assistant Manager before joining Bright Futures. He holds a Level 4 qualification in Children, Young People and Families Practice. Friendly and supportive, Jordan is passionate about providing consistent, approachable care and enjoys hiking, films, and gaming in his spare time.
Danni Loren-Oldfield
Business & People Services Manager
Danni brings over 25 years of experience in administration and finance to her role as Administration Manager at Bright Futures Homes. Holding a Level 4 Diploma in Administration Management, a Certificate of School Business Management, a Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration, and IOSH Managing Safely, Danni is well-equipped to contribute to the smooth and effective running of the home.
Tracey Sawyer
Homes Manager
Tracey has experience in residential childcare, education, and elderly care, and holds qualifications in Leadership, Health & Social Care, and Guidance. She brings a therapeutic, child-centred approach to her leadership. Outside work, she enjoys horse riding, swimming, and creative writing. A former endurance rider for England, Tracey is passionate about helping young people thrive and feel heard.
Carl Brooks
Manager
Carl has over 30 years of experience in residential care and education, including secure children’s homes. He holds Level 4 and 5 qualifications in residential childcare and management. Carl brings passion, wisdom, and a love for learning to his work. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, travelling, and riding his electric unicycle—with his dogs never far behind.
Samuel Oyeyinka
Deputy Manager
Samuel holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and has experience in operations and quality assurance. He’s passionate about empowering young people and creating supportive spaces where they feel heard. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips, gaming, music, and working on cars. He also has a quirky party trick—his double-jointed thumb!
Victoria Coade
Assistant Manager
With a background in child protection and over seven years in residential childcare, Vicki brings a unique blend of safeguarding expertise and hands-on care. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare. Known as a calm, reliable cheerleader for young people, Vicki also enjoys music, pottery, and exploring new places with friends.
